Our client’s apartment had previously been renovated by a developer who had converted the entire factory building into apartments. The apartment had an awkward layout that didn’t take advantage of its prime location at the corner of the building where two walls of windows come together. We relocated a bedroom in order to create a light filled Great Room perfect for the young family of four that loves cooking together. Their renovated entry included the addition of a powder room and created a welcoming space that also functioned as a mud room for storing large bags and plateware for special occasions.
