Overlooking Prospect Park, this landmarked Georgian Revival townhouse needed surgical interventions to give our clients an updated kitchen, brighter living spaces and new home office spaces and a roof deck at the top story. Instead of replacing the kitchen, we reused, reconfigured, and refinished the existing high-quality cabinets. New millwork closets were installed throughout giving the older townhouse moments that are crisp and contemporary. New lighting was introduced throughout. A wall of glass and steel doors lead out to a stone-paved roof deck from a new art studio and office.
