The client had bought a townhouse that had been upgraded several years ago, but was now in need of a tune-up. By living in it for several years, they had learned how they wanted to live there, and a growing daughter had changed their lives as well. Our work included new FSC-certified wood flooring, new insulation, a new kitchen and new cabinetry throughout, as well as no-VOC painting, electrical upgrades, and structural work.
