Our client purchased a recently renovated apartment and wanted our opinion of what to keep and what to change. Along with modifying flooring and paint colors to make it a much brighter home, the resulting design included a new kitchen plan that opens  to an adjacent dining room, for a more practical living space. Bathrooms were either redone or modified, as in the case of the primary bathroom where we maintained nicely made cabinetry, but added new handles, lighting, and a custom stone counter with washbasins.
