Located at 737 Park Avenue, the medical offices and surgical suite for Dr. Ed Kwak M.D. involved extensive space planning and mechanical coordination, in addition to creating a pleasant and luxurious environment for facial plastic surgery patients. Initially a vacant open plan, we divided the two thousand square feet of space into two spaces, Dr. Kwak’s facility and a separate space with its own entrance that Dr. Kwak planned to rent to another doctor. In total, there are four exam rooms, a procedure room, two consultation rooms, two offices, and a surgical suite with scrub, operating, and recovery rooms. The office was also designed to attain AAAASF which is rare for private medical facilities of this size in NYC.
